Het dient gelezen te worden in samenhang met onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/gebruiksvoorwaarden\/\">Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/privacybeleid-pagina\/\">Privacybeleid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ons doel is om opzegging <strong>even eenvoudig te maken als aanmelden<\/strong>. U kunt op elk moment opzeggen, met slechts een paar klikken, rechtstreeks vanuit uw account. U hoeft niet te bellen, een e-mail te sturen of met iemand te spreken om op te zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Toepassingsgebied<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit Beleid is van toepassing op alle betaalde abonnementen op sugardaddyplanet.com, inclusief:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maandelijkse abonnementen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driemaandelijkse abonnementen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jaarlijkse abonnementen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elk toekomstig abonnementsproduct dat op het Platform wordt aangeboden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stella And Pow O\u00dc beheert het Platform, treedt op als Merchant of Record voor alle transacties en is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van opzeggingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Uw recht om op elk moment op te zeggen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt uw abonnement op elk moment, om welke reden dan ook of zonder opgave van reden, opzeggen. Er is geen minimale verbintenisperiode en geen opzeggingskosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer u opzegt, stopt u de <strong>automatische verlenging<\/strong> van uw abonnement. U behoudt toegang tot de betaalde functies tot het <strong>einde van de huidige factureringsperiode<\/strong>. Er worden geen verdere kosten in rekening gebracht, tenzij u het abonnement opnieuw activeert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Hoe u opzegt \u2014 stap voor stap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt uw abonnement rechtstreeks vanuit uw account opzeggen, in <strong>drie stappen<\/strong>, zonder contact op te nemen met de klantenservice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> op uw account op sugardaddyplanet.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga naar <strong>Accountinstellingen<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Abonnement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klik op <strong>Abonnement opzeggen<\/strong> en bevestig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat is alles. U ontvangt een bevestigingsmail op het adres dat aan uw account is gekoppeld. Geen telefoontje, geen e-mail, geen formulieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Als u niet kunt opzeggen via uw account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In het zeldzame geval dat de opzegknop niet werkt of u geen toegang heeft tot uw account, neem dan contact met ons op via <strong>info@sugardaddyplanet.com<\/strong> met als onderwerpregel <strong>&#8220;Mijn abonnement opzeggen&#8221;<\/strong> en vermeld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De gebruikersnaam en het e-mailadres dat aan uw account is gekoppeld<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De datum waarop u wilt dat de opzegging ingaat (onmiddellijk of aan het einde van de huidige periode, standaard het einde van de huidige periode)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij verwerken de opzegging binnen <strong>2 werkdagen<\/strong> en sturen u een bevestiging. De opzegging gaat in vanaf de datum van uw verzoek, ongeacht wanneer wij het verwerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt ook contact met ons opnemen via ons <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/contact\/\">contactformulier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Wat er gebeurt wanneer u opzegt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer u uw abonnement opzegt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>U behoudt toegang<\/strong> tot alle betaalde functies tot het einde van de huidige factureringsperiode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Er worden geen verdere kosten<\/strong> in rekening gebracht op uw betaalmethode, tenzij u het abonnement opnieuw activeert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uw profiel blijft zichtbaar<\/strong> voor andere gebruikers voor de rest van de betaalde periode, tenzij u er ook voor kiest uw account te deactiveren of te sluiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uw berichten, foto's en gesprekken worden bewaard<\/strong> gedurende de betaalde periode en, nadat deze eindigt, zijn ze onderworpen aan de bewaartermijnen die worden beschreven in ons <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/privacybeleid-pagina\/\">Privacybeleid<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na afloop van de betaalde periode wordt uw account <strong>teruggezet naar gratis toegang<\/strong>: u kunt nog steeds inloggen, uw profiel bewerken en het platform doorbladeren, maar functies die zijn voorbehouden aan betaalde abonnees worden gedeactiveerd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw abonnement opzeggen is <strong>niet hetzelfde als uw account sluiten<\/strong>. Om uw account permanent te verwijderen, zie Sectie 7 hieronder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Annulering en terugbetalingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het annuleren van uw abonnement stopt toekomstige verlengingen; dit genereert op zichzelf geen terugbetaling van de huidige periode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of een terugbetaling van toepassing is, hangt af van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Of u zich binnen de <strong>14-daagse bedenktijd<\/strong> (zie <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>, Sectie 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of uw geval valt binnen een van de situaties die in aanmerking komen voor een terugbetaling (zie <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>, Sectie 3.1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u van mening bent dat u naast annulering recht heeft op een terugbetaling, verzoek dit dan uitdrukkelijk zoals beschreven in onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Uw abonnement opnieuw activeren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u van gedachten verandert, kunt u uw abonnement op elk moment opnieuw activeren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in op uw account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga naar <strong>Accountinstellingen<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Abonnement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecteer een abonnement en voltooi de betaling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw eerdere profiel, berichten en connecties blijven intact. Heractivering begint een nieuwe factureringscyclus vanaf de datum van betaling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Uw account permanent sluiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u uw account permanent wilt verwijderen naast het annuleren van uw abonnement, kunt u dit doen via <strong>Accountinstellingen<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Account sluiten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het sluiten van uw account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annuleert elk actief abonnement onmiddellijk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwijdert uw profiel uit zoekresultaten en uit de zichtbaarheid van andere gebruikers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start het gegevensbewaring- en verwijderingsproces zoals beschreven in onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/privacybeleid-pagina\/\">Privacybeleid<\/a>, Sectie 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Belangrijk:<\/strong> het sluiten van uw account v\u00f3\u00f3r het einde van een betaalde periode geeft <strong>geen<\/strong> u geen recht op terugbetaling van de resterende periode, behalve in de gevallen beschreven in onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>. Als u de betaalde functies waarvoor u al heeft betaald wilt blijven gebruiken, annuleer dan eerst de automatische verlenging (Sectie 3) en sluit uw account pas na afloop van de periode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u van gedachten verandert, kunt u reactivering van een gesloten account aanvragen door binnen <strong>30 dagen<\/strong> na sluiting te schrijven naar info@sugardaddyplanet.com, waarna uw accountgegevens worden verwijderd in overeenstemming met onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/privacybeleid-pagina\/\">Privacybeleid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Annulering door ons ge\u00efnitieerd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij behouden ons het recht voor uw abonnement en toegang tot het Platform op te schorten of te annuleren als u onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/gebruiksvoorwaarden\/\">Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/community-guidelines\/\">Communityrichtlijnen<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/anti-trafficking-no-escort-policy\/\">Anti-mensenhandel &amp; Geen-escortbeleid<\/a>schendt, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frauduleuze of ongeautoriseerde betalingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identiteitsvervalsing, nep-profielen of gebruik van foto's van derden zonder toestemming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het aanbieden of vragen van escortdiensten of seksuele diensten in ruil voor geld<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimidatie, bedreigingen of misbruik jegens andere gebruikers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pogingen om leeftijdsverificatie te omzeilen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elk ander gedrag dat de veiligheid of integriteit van het Platform of zijn gebruikers in gevaar brengt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terugbetalingen in deze gevallen worden geregeld door Sectie 3.2 van onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij behouden ons ook het recht voor het Platform of een van de functies ervan stop te zetten. Als wij dat doen, zullen wij gebruikers met een redelijke voorafgaande kennisgeving informeren en het ongebruikte gedeelte van een actief betaald abonnement terugbetalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Valuta en belastingen na annulering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u annuleert en een terugbetaling van toepassing is op grond van onze <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sugardaddyplanet.com\/nl\/refund-policy\/\">Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/a>, worden terugbetalingen verwerkt in de oorspronkelijke valuta van de betaling en omvatten eventueel van toepassing zijnde btw of andere belastingen die in rekening zijn gebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Bevestiging en administratie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na elke annulering sturen wij een bevestigingsmail naar het e-mailadres dat aan uw account is gekoppeld. Wij raden u aan deze e-mail te bewaren als bewijs van annulering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u de bevestigingsmail niet binnen 24 uur na annulering ontvangt, controleer dan uw spammap en neem contact met ons op via info@sugardaddyplanet.com zodat wij de status van uw account kunnen verifi\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Wijzigingen in dit Annuleringsbeleid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij kunnen dit Annuleringsbeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken om wijzigingen in wetgeving, technologie of onze bedrijfspraktijken te weerspiegelen. De datum &#8220;Laatst bijgewerkt&#8221; bovenaan geeft de geldende versie aan.
